The 2011 Five Star Wealth Manager Award^SM

Dragon Financial Services is a recipient of the 2011 Five Star Wealth Manager Award^SM. Five Star Professional, as a third-party research firm, administered a survey, by mail and phone, to 1 in 4 high-net-worth households (over 55,000 consumers) and registered financial services representatives (over 3,500 financial services professionals) to evaluate the approximately 8,500 wealth managers in the state of New Hampshire. The evaluation was based on nine criteria, including customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post sale service, quality of recommendations, and overall satisfaction.

After review by a panel of local industry experts and a review of regulatory history, Five Star Professional determined the final list of 2011 Five Star Wealth Managers scoring highest in overall satisfaction and representing less than 7% of the wealth managers in New Hampshire.

Five Star Professional conducts research to help consumers with the important decision of selecting a service professional. The Five Star Professional award is presented to service professionals, such as wealth managers and real estate agents, in more than 45 markets in the U.S., and now in Canada. The award goes to service professionals who provide quality services to clients.
